The No Hunger Food Bank Non-Discrimination Policy (NHFB-NDP) is a component of its Human Resources and Operations Manual which provides the policies and procedures which must be followed by all staff. It also provides guidelines that NHFB will use to administer these policies, with the correct procedure to follow.
NHFB is committed to providing its services with no discrimination to appearance, age, religion, state of origin, disability, gender, marital status, ancestry, sexual orientation, or political affiliation of its beneficiaries.
The NHFB volunteers, board members, and employees will not discriminate on all these bases and this policy sets forth No Hunger Food Bank’s official position of absolute intolerance to discrimination, and applies to all aspects of business, including by not limited to employment and service of clients.
